  • Receive essential vitamins and minerals, hydrate, recover from illness, or focus on weight management.

  • Motivation ebbs and flows, allow your personal trainer to hold you accountable for maximum payoff while you practice self-discipline.

  • Inpatient treatment is a tried and true way to build a solid foundation for lifelong recovery.

  • If you know someone who is still struggling with active addiction and refuses to seek treatment, help is available.

  • A partial hospitalization program (PHP) is outpatient therapy, typically 5-7 days per week.

  • Intensive outpatient therapy (IOP) is typically a minimum of 9 hours per week.

  • Continue relapse prevention and improve mental health with one-on-one attention.
